According to provisional calculations REpower Systems AG (Prime Standard, WKN 617703) generated a total performance of EUR 1,275.7 million and recorded revenues of EUR 1,216.1 million.

These figures correspond to a decline of 4.1% and 6.7% respectively compared to the same period of the previous year (total performance: EUR 1,330.4 million, revenues: EUR 1,303.6 million). The result from operating activities (EBIT) stood at EUR 86.0 million and thus was 12.5% lower than the previous year’s figure amounting to EUR 98.3 million. The order volume as per balance sheet date developed positively rising by around 20% from EUR 2.12 billion to EUR 2.55 billion.

Referring to capacity, the order backlog as per record date increased accordingly from 1,768 megawatts (MW) to 2,259 MW. The figures only contain delivery quantities that have been ordered obligatory within the framework of project contracts as well as release orders from framework agreements. In the reporting period REpower installed or supplied wind turbines with a total capacity of 851 MW which was only slightly below the previous year’s level (863 MW).

The final results for fiscal year 2010/11 will presumably be published on June 7, 2011 at the Press and Analyst Conference that will take place in Frankfurt a. M. (Germany).
