Part of WPD Group, WPD Italia, is going ahead with its plans to install 95 Siemens’ wind turbines off the coast of Apuliain, writes the Wind Power Intelligence.
The company has asked environmental ministry for a permit to conduct environmental impact assessment in the Gulf of Manfredonia for the Gargano South wind project.
The wind farm will have a total capacity of 342MW.
