Energi Coast will host its second Offshore Renewables networking dinner in October.

Taking place on 25 October at Newcastle United’s Sports Direct Arena, the event will bring together North East England’s growing offshore renewables supply chain as well as representatives from the sector’s UK and international markets.

Last year, more than 200 guests from the industry supply chain came together for the official launch of Energi Coast at the inaugural dinner, which included entertainment and plenty of opportunities.

Networking will also be central to this year’s dinner with representatives from all of the Energi Coast steering group companies due to be in attendance along with guests from across the sector.

Joanne Leng MBE , Deputy Chair of Energi Coast , said: “Last year we established the Offshore Renewables networking dinner as a key date in the calendar for the sector’s supply chain. Demand for it to become an annual event was high and we are delighted to host this event again, which offers guests a fantastic opportunity to network with companies who are part of a growing and successful supply chain. Over 150 delegates are already signed up so it looks like it is going to be well supported event again.”
