At ONS 2012, JDR, a leading supplier of high performance subsea cables and umbilical systems, will showcase its evolving range of custom design products for the global oil, gas and renewable energy markets.

Key product innovations on show will include JDR’s Open Water IWOC Umbilical Systems for next generation well control packages and the Group’s comprehensive aftermarket installation and maintenance service offering: AIM.

Umbilicals– JDR has pioneered umbilical product developments for a wide range of oil and gas projects. Utilising its knowledge of the inherent lifecycle and reliability design challenges, JDR offers a range of custom built systems that can be installed at ever increasing water depths. JDR’s advanced hose and cable components provide an unparalleled range of options for high pressure and high temperature systems and chemical injection requirements.

IWOCS (Installation workover control system umbilicals) – JDR is the world’s leading manufacturer of IWOCS umbilicals. JDR uses its in-depth knowledge of hose and cable technology to create products tailored to individual client project requirements. IWOCS umbilicals are manufactured in-house and JDR has developed specialised test equipment to simulate deployment and validate products before final manufacture and assembly.

Subsea Power Cables – JDR, through its customer relationships and project deployments such as the London Array, has a unique perspective across a diverse range of subsea power and optical cable applications.
