Seacat to Deploy 'Vigilant' in Denmark

It’s been a busy month for Seacat Services Ltd, as it starts to deploy an increasing number of vessels to European offshore wind projects.

The two 19metre vessels, ‘Endeavour’ and ‘Reliance’, are three months into a five-month contract on the Anholt offshore wind farm in Denmark. Contracted to Nexans, the boats are tasked with crew transfer to the 400MW DONG Energy project, which upon completion will be Denmark’s largest offshore wind scheme.

‘Resolute’, one of Seacat’s newer 24 metre vessels has commenced work on the SSE-RWE project, Greater Gabbard, and is based out of Lowestoft. With construction completed on Greater Gabbard on the 7th September she is now tasked with a crew transfer role as the windfarm comes online.

Finally, the company announces that ‘Vigilant’, another of its 24 metre boats will be deployed to Denmark later in October.
