Siemens and its subsidiary Marine Current Turbines will be exhibiting at this week’s Thetis MRE exhibition and conference in Brest, France (April 10th and 11th).

The Siemens stand (C6) is located in the main exhibition hall at Brest’s International Convention Centre. Thetis MRE provides Siemens the opportunity to tell delegates about the development of its award-winning SeaGen tidal technology, the latest news on its plans for tidal arrays in UK waters and to meet with delegates who are interested in deploying the SeaGen technology in other parts of Europe and globally. The exhibition follows Monday’s opening of Siemens’ tidal test and assembly facility in Bristol, the first of its kind in the UK. It was opened by Ed Davey, the UK Secretary of State for Energy & Climate Change.
