UK Johnston Carmichael Appoints New Head of Renewable Energy (2)

Leading Scottish accountancy and business advisory firm Johnston Carmichael announces the appointment of Stephen Dickie as Head of Renewable Energy.

This is a newly created role which aims to build on Johnston Carmichael’s existing knowledge and expertise within the renewable energy arena whilst providing a comprehensive advisory service, covering a variety of technologies, with a focus on wind energy for clients.

Stephen is currently Partner in the firm’s Huntly office, which he joined in 1994. A general practitioner, he works with a range of clients including, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies and has developed strong links, with experience of advising, agricultural businesses.

Sandy Manson, chief executive of Johnston Carmichael said: “We work closely with a number of businesses within specialist industry sectors and to ensure that we can provide high quality services and advice to our client base, we felt it important to establish key leaders to oversee our work in these areas.

Stephen has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with businesses large and small and in his new role he will be responsible for our continued growth in this sector, ensuring that we continue to build our knowledge and awareness of the issues affecting this industry.”
