TenneT Offshore GmbH is looking for a provider of technical advisory services in support of the purchaser-risk management in the operation of offshore grid connection systems.
Specifically, this involves providing measures for the systematic identification, analysis, assessment, monitoring and control of operational risks.
The services in the context of risk management extend to: Create and edit RAM and FME (C). A study of offshore grid connection systems; Compilation and analysis of availability simulations; Supply and participate in harm reduction concepts; Creation and continuation of risk inventories; Development of mitigations measures/alternatives; Technical handling of amendments; Drafting of specifications in co-operation with the purchase of the AG for the establishment of framework agreements; Risk reporting, co-operation with authorities and documentation documents for government agencies; Co-operation talks with wind farms and clients; Technical contact with regard to the purchasing of the AG in procurement tasks and contract negotiations.
