GMS to Jack-Up to London Stock Exchange

Abu Dhabi-based Gulf Marine Services (GMS) has announced that it is planning to enter the London Stock Exchange.

GMS is one of the world’s largest providers of self-propelled, self-elevating accommodation jack-up barges.

These platforms allow them to provide services throughout the total lifecycle of offshore oil, gas and renewable energy activities. These services include oil and gas platform installation, refurbishment and maintenance activities, offshore wind turbine installation and maintenance work.

GMS operates in the Middle East, South East Asia, West Africa and Europe.

Recently, GMS has announced the expansion of its fleet in November with a new-build programme that includes another E-Class vessel similar to the company’s jack-up barge currently occupied in wind farm operations in European waters, GMS Endeavour, , and three S-Class vessels, a new design GMS describes as a ‘workhorse’ ideally suited for the renewables industry.
