LORC is going to hold a two-day celebration in honour of opening a facility for the world’s most advanced and realistic testing of nacelles.
The event will be held on 10th and 11th of September.
The first day of this event comprises VIP Conference Advanced Testing of Nacelles. Independent Reliability and Testing Expert, Larry Edson, President of LEC Inc. and CTO Henrik Stiesdal, Siemens Wind Power, are among the speakers where test specialists will discuss testing of nacelles and future WTG trends, and challenges linked to large offshore wind farms.
The second day is reserved for the Grand Opening of the LORC Nacelle Testing Centre.
Ane Mærsk Mc-Kinney Uggla, chairman of A.P. Møller Fonden and vice chairman of A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S, Rasmus Helveg Petersen, Minister for Climate, Energy and Building and Henrik Sass Larsen, Minister for Business and Growth are among the speakers when LORC celebrates the Grand Opening of the LORC Nacelle Testing Centre.
The LORC Nacelle Testing facility will test wind turbine nacelles with a power output of up to 10 MW.
