TP Offshore utilized its hotel ship at the 576MW Gwynt y Môr offshore project in the Irish Sea.

Sea Comfort can accommodate up to 12 passengers plus 4 crew members living in private cabins.

Besides accommodation, this vessel can be used as crew transfer, stores supply, seabed surveys and VIP vessel.

Built by Tuco Faaborg/Grenaa DK in 2013, it can develop a speed of up to 26 knots.

According to the Gwynt y Môr weekly progress report, all 160 wind turbines have already been installed while 42 array cables are waiting to be laid.

Cable laying is expected to resume after cable laying vessel Polar Prince returns from its scheduled DNV class inspection in dry dock later this month or early in August.
