Liguori Offshore Consulting Teams Up with Exxon for Geotechnical Engineering

Since October 2014, Liguori Offshore Consulting Corporation (LOC) has expanded their services by offering analyses and evaluations in the field of geotechnical engineering. Therefore, the experts of LOC have taken Exxon as a strong partner on board, who will contribute their technical know-how to future customer service relations.

In addition to offshore management, on site examinations, audits, offshore claims and project-related preliminary studies, the area of geotechnical engineering is now a new service of Liguori Offshore Consulting.

In order to ideally support customers such as offshore wind farm operators and gas and oil producers, general partner Mario Liguori has put together an extensive range of consulting services concerning the field of geotechnics. These include feasibility studies for offshore projects and developments. In these studies, the experts conduct geological and geotechnical inspections, individual risk assessment and point out specific risks that can occur during the project phase, such as risks concerning the foundation due to soil properties. They draft preliminary geological models upon request, as well.
