So far, EMO had supplied IMCA audits, client representatives and consulting under this contract. Recently, a team of six nautical officers took over 24/7 marine coordination for all ongoing vessel activities at the site, located around 35 kilometres to the north-east of the island of Heligoland in the German North Sea.

Equipped with 48 Senvion’s 6.15MW wind turbines, the Nordsee Ost has an installed capacity of 295.2 MW.

Last month, EMO won two contacts for RWE’s 332MW Nordsee One offshore wind farm: one for the provision of a marine coordination team during the construction phase and the other for monitoring and safeguarding the wind farm construction area.
