Gibdock Mobilises Seajacks Scylla

Gibdock, a shiprepair and conversion yard from Gibraltar, carried out the afloat mobilisation of Seajacks Scylla, after the vessel had been discharged to Gibraltar waters from the heavy-lift transporter Osprey.

The vessel was towed to Gibdock for reactivation works at the yard’s South Mole.

The arrival of this state-of-the-art jack-up also demonstrates that the sector’s true innovators recognise Gibdock as their first option for quality workmanship and on time completion.”

Seajacks Scylla was reactivated in five days and departed for Great Yarmouth in the UK to prepare for her first contract with on German Veja Mate offshore wind farm in March.
