The company won a contract for the transportation and installation of 67 foundations and 1 substation for the Dudgeon offshore wind farm project in 2014. Under the contract, Seaway Heavy Lifting is in charge of the storage, transportation and installation of monopiles, transition pieces, jackets and the offshore substation jacket and topside.

The installation work will commence this spring and is scheduled to be completed in August.

The Dudgeon offshore wind farm is located to the north of the Sheringham Shoal offshore wind farm, where Seaway Heavy Lifting was also responsible for the installation of foundations and substation topside in 2011.
