Barge Master’s gangway system has been approved in principle with DNV GL certification of offshore gangways for personnel transfer (DNVGL-ST-0358).

Next to personnel transfer, the system is also approved as a lifting appliance according to the DNV Standard for Certification 2.22.

The Barge Master Gangway is a motion compensation system that enables transfer of personnel from a floating vessel to a fixed structure in waves up to 4.5m Hs.

With its modular design, the gangway is configured fit for purpose, with several modules ranging from a height adjustable pedestal to an integrated motion compensated lifting winch.
