EWE Erneuerbare Energien is looking to award a contract for a crew transfer vessel (CTV) that will be deployed at the Riffgat offshore wind farm in Germany.
The company is seeking a vessel that can transport at least 24 persons, but the vessel provider could alternatively place two CTVs which can transport 12 persons each.
The vessel will operate between the base port in Borkum and the Riffgat site, with a possibility to serve other wind farms as well
The deadline for the submission of tenders is 21 December 2016.
Comprising 30 SWT-3.6-120 Siemens wind turbines, the Riffgat offshore wind farm is located 15 kilometers to the north-west of the German island of Borkum.
