The company has been conducting all commercial and operational management of the two CTVs from its headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark.

These CTVs will be integrated within company’s existing fleet of support vessels.

“The addition of Umoe Firmus and Umoe Rapid to our fleet will provide our clients with an exceptional variety of vessel types,” Lars Zøhner, Chief Commercial Officer at World Marine Offshore, said.

”The entire fleet has state-of-the-art designs with a common denominator: high passenger comfort and increased accessibility to turbines in up to 2,5m significant wave height. “We are honored to have been entrusted this contract by Umoe Wind, and we look forward to continuing the delivery of the best services to existing and new clients.”

Umoe Firmus is currently working on a cargo and crew transfer contract for an offshore wind farm in Germany. Umoe Rapid will be ready for charter mid-June, following her delivery last week.
