N-O-S will now be in charge of seven Fred. Olsen Windcarrier CTVs, and will have a crew transfer vessel fleet of 37 vessels.

Even Larsen, CEO of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, said: “N-O-S is a reputable, competent and highly experienced CTV owner and operator with a varied fleet of modern CTVs. Together with the Bayards and the competence and experience of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, the co-operation will further develop the service offered to the clients and allow Fred. Olsen Windcarrier to focus our resources and investments into installation of offshore wind turbines and O&M.”

“We are very happy to have signed this agreement with Fred. Olsen Windcarrier and we are very excited to see the implications of it. With this agreement we follow our strategy to continue our expansion in the offshore wind sector and we truly believe that it will in a very positive way further enhance our offering to our customers,” said Rasmus Johansson, CEO of N-O-S.

The agreement is effective immediately for the commercial management of the seven vessels, while N-O-S will take over the operation management as of 1 March.
