The first TP was photographed on its way to the blast shed, EEW OSB said.

EEW SPC, the parent company of EEW OSB, is tasked with manufacturing 47 monopiles for the 752MW wind farm.

Located around 23 kilometres off the coast of Zeeland, Borssele 1 and 2 will comprise 94 Siemens Gamesa 8MW wind turbines.

GeoSea is in charge of transporting and installing the monopile foundations. A2SEA, part of GeoSea, will provide installation vessel capacity to transport and install the wind turbines.

The works are scheduled to begin in 2020.
