The company said that its material specialists and grouting engineers are assisting with grouting for turbine and substation jacket foundations at the 300MW project.

Nautec is supplying its NaX grouting materials for a total of 10 turbine jackets and one substation jacket, with a local partner carrying out the grouting operation.

“Despite the hot weather condition nearing 35°C, grouting has progressed smoothly without any operational delays,” Nautec stated.

CTGNE Yangjiang Shapa Phase 1 represents the third offshore renewable energy project and the first major wind farm installation project that Nautec has worked on in Chinese waters.
