The deal will see the two companies working together in the field of vessel tracking management and sea surveillance for offshore wind.

According to Marcus Krol, Head of Sales at in-innovative navigation GmbH, the cooperation will see the provision of all-round solutions for offshore facility surveillance and organization.

Additionally, the two parties believe they will concurrently open up new sales fields for each other.

Nesspoint, formerly Vissim Renewables, has an office base in Norwich and has been involved with the delivery of technology to wind farms around the UK, in-innovative navigation said.

“We congratulate Nesspoint to their impressive relaunch and are looking forward to work with them,” said Krol.“From my point of view, the partnership between the two companies will be an ideal match. We complement each other perfectly with respect to technology as well as to geography.”
