UK shipbuilder Diverse Marine has secured an order from OEG Marine Services for three additional crew transfer vessels (CTVs), with deliveries scheduled throughout 2027.
The vessels will be built to Diverse Marine’s BREVITY SL class, designed by Southampton-based Chartwell Marine, and will measure 26 metres overall, with a load line length of less than 24 metres.
The first vessel will feature quad Volvo Penta IPS propulsion compliant with IMO Tier III emissions standards, alongside Hull Vane transom foils designed to improve fuel efficiency at cruising speeds, according to Diverse Marine.
All three vessels will be built to the same specification, classed by Bureau Veritas and operated under the UK flag.
The newbuilds will join the CTV Fulmar, which Diverse Marine delivered to OEG in 2025. Also designed by Chartwell Marine, Fulmar was deployed earlier this year for offshore construction work at the 1.1 GW Inch Cape offshore wind farm in Scotland.
OEG said the new vessels would support its fleet renewal and expansion plans and help the company serve its clients from 2027 onwards.
