The increase is due to the 350MW Wikinger offshore wind farm’s contribution over the full nine-month
period this year and the partial commissioning of the 714MW East Anglia ONE offshore wind farm in the UK.

Iberdrola’s installed offshore wind capacity was 740MW at the end of the third quarter of 2019, as compared to 544MW capacity at the end of September 2018.

The increase in the capacity implies that at the end of the third quarter of 2019, 28 out of the 102 Siemens Gamesa 7MW wind turbines at East Anglia ONE had been installed.

East Anglia ONE delivered the first power to the UK grid in early September. According to Iberdrola, ten turbines have been commissioned at the wind farm so far.
