HBC will be carrying out subsea inspections on offshore structures across Gode Wind 1 and 2, Borkum Riffgrund and Horns Rev 2.

The work scope includes subsea inspection of the WTGs, foundations, cathodic protection systems and cables using non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.

HBC will use the HBC Achiever, a 36 metre long, four point mooring vessel built in 2014, as the diving and ROV platform.

HBC did not specify the expected start and the completion of the works.

Last year, HBC carried out subsea inspections on DONG Energy’s wind farms in the UK. The campaign included Burbo Bank offshore wind farm, Barrow offshore wind farm, Gunfleet Sands offshore wind farm, London Array offshore wind farm, West of Duddon Sands offshore wind farm and Walney offshore wind farm.
