Polish Businessman Applies for Offshore Wind Farm Construction

Polish businessman Jan Kulczyk has applied for the permission to construct an offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea, writes thenews.pl news portal.

Kulczyk’s energy company, Polenergia, is keeping silent about the four offshore wind projects it has.

However, chairman of Polenergia, Dariusz Mioduski, stated that the company has filed an application to the state-owned transmission system operator, PSE Operator, for an offshore wind project which could power 700,000 homes.
