We recognise that each stage of wind farm design has its own unique challenges. That’s why we provide expert services throughout the five lifecycle stages of a windfarm:

1. Transport, infrastructure and construction
   Our power and temperature control solutions can help prevent project delays and reduce risk in a number of ways: We provide temporary power for construction equipment, and cable laying; Our dehumidification solutions can reduce the impact of moisture for blades and nacelles; Our Greener Upgrades Stage V certified 100% oil-free air compressors safeguard marine life and provide underwater noise protection during pile driving in bubble curtain applications.
2. Commissioning
   We provide critical technical and power support throughout the commissioning phase to ensure equipment is efficiently tested and proven reliable after installation. Applications include our generators and loadbank HV packages being used for offshore substation full load testing and soak testing, as well as supplementary power for offshore vessels providing commissioning power on the WTG.
3. Operation and maintenance
   We offer environmental control packages for blade remediation. This is tailored to meet your needs for managing temperature and dehumidification during blade repair. Our turnkey packages can include service and maintenance of all our equipment.
4. Contingency planning
   The failure of your power or site equipment can quickly halt generation capability. Aggreko can help you plan for unforeseen events so that your site can recover with minimal disruption.
5. Emergencies
   Failures can occur suddenly during high wind conditions, leading to temporary outages, and offshore areas can pose transmission challenges. We provide powerful solutions in the form of flexible, temporary power and temperature control, to cater for the sudden loss of operational capacity.
