NREL Installs Measurement Equipment on Sway’s Prototype (USA)

National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) of Colorado, USA, is currently installing scientific wind, wave and motion measurement equipment on the Sway prototype under a collaboration agreement.

This will greatly enhance the value of the Sway testing, and will provide accurate measurement to verify not only the Sway concept, but can also be used to verify computer codes for designing and analyzing such concepts.
