Kozo Domori, a spokesman of the Maeda Corp., a national engineering company in charge of the project development, confirmed this for Bloomberg. The company is looking for investors in this project worth up to USD 320 million, which will comprise 20 offshore wind turbines and is expected to be fully operational in 2017.
