Keynote Speakers at RenewableUK’s Wave and Tidal Conference and Exhibition

RenewableUK, the trade and professional body for the UK wind, wave and tidal energy industries, is holding its annual Wave and Tidal Conference and Exhibition at the QEII Conference Centre in central London on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th February 2013.

Keynote speakers at this event are:

Rt Hon Gregory Barker MP , Minister of State, Department of Energy and Climate Change will address delegates in the opening session of the conference at 13.30 on Day 1.

Fergus Ewing MSP , Energy, Enterprise and Tourism Minister will present his keynote speech on Day 2 at 10.30.

Maria McCaffery , Chief Executive of RenewableUK, will launch ‘Conquering Challenges, Generating Growth’ a report which looks closely at the developments as well as the challenges facing the UK’s wave and tidal industries.

Celebrating its 10th year, the industry’s premier annual wave and tidal event will gather over 500 industry professionals. 50 companies will be exhibiting at the event, offering an opportunity to see the latest technological innovations in this rapidly-expanding sector.
