Blue Water Shipping has appointed Peter Ehrhorn as its new head of port services, agency and wind logistics.
Mr. Ehrhorn replaces Niels Tolstrup, who has held the position as Head of Blue Waters port services, agency and wind logistics for five years. As he has expressed a wish for working closer to his home and family on Sealand, he has chosen to step down from the Management Board, but he will continue in Blue Water working with business development in close cooperation with Kurt Skov.
Peter Ehrhorn has a comprehensive experience from the transport industry from working 12 years with Blue Water in both Esbjerg, Baku and Dubai.
He has been involved in Blue Water’s first demanding transports of drilling rigs to the Caspian Sea through the Russian river system. In 2013, Peter returned to Blue Water after having spent a few years away from the company where he held positions as Manager for CHC Esbjerg and Managing Director of the shipping line Thorco Shipping. Since his return, he has been responsible for chartering and developing Blue Waters services regarding hotel ships for the offshore industry.
