The Danish Energy Agency has issued preliminary tender documents for the Horns Rev 3 offshore wind to four pre-qualified bidders: Vattenfall, Dong Energy, E.ON and Statoil.
The comprehensive tender documents contain preliminary specifications, a draft of concession agreement, model licenses and authorization, which will make it easier for the winner of the tender to commence construction and operation of the wind farm.
The four pre-qualified bidders must submit their first offer on the basis of the preliminary tender documents by September 16, 2014.
