Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA contemplate the issuance of new unsecured bonds in the Norwegian market. Bonheur ASA will be the issuer and Ganger Rolf ASA will be the guarantor under the contemplated bond issues.
Net proceeds from the contemplated bond issues will be used for refinancing of existing debt, including the NOK 1,000 million outstanding under the BON01 bond issue with ISIN NO 0010560683 and maturity on 15 December 2014, and for general corporate purposes. DNB Markets and Swedbank Norway will be managers of the new issue.
Bonheur ASA and affiliated companies are involved in a number of activities in Norway and internationally. The investments, which are largely carried out jointly with Ganger Rolf ASA are related to the following main segments: Offshore drilling, Renewable energy, Shipping/Offshore wind and Cruise.
