“It is a new generation of components and lifting gear with the Siemens 6MW turbine and our new vessel SEA CHALLENGER, but things have gone well in a safe manner according to the plan. Now, we are all looking forward to reaching the site and beginning the installation. It will be interesting to see our new vessel in action for the first time. However, I have no doubt that she will manage the installation with success as expected,” says Peter Eriksen, master on board SEA CHALLENGER.

The Westermost Rough OWF comprises 35 Siemens 6MW turbines and is located 8 kilometers off the coast of Holderness in the UK.
