French Company Seeking Foundation Designs

EDF EN France and Dong Energy, through its subsidiary Eolien Maritime France are inviting tenders for three offshore wind project off the French coast.

Namely, the companies are looking for a company to provide architectural services, engineering services and integrated engineering services with the final goal of achieving the projects certification as per IEC 61400-22.

They are expecting to have a gravity based structure at the Fecamp site, and a monopole design at Courseulles sur Mer and Saint Nazaire wind farm sites.

Eolien recently issued tenders for the seabed surveys, manufacturing of foundations and wind turbine installation.
