According to Chinese media, Goldwind, China Three Gorges (CTG) and Fuzhou municipal government have entered into an agreement to cooperate on the development of offshore wind projects.
The agreement includes building of an offshore wind power equipment industrial park and an R&D center in Fuzhou city.
The industrial park is expected to have an output value of 13 billion yuan when operational, Xinhua Finance Agency writes.
