Blackbird International Corporation (BBRD), a wave energy technology developer, has hired Dov Weinstein, an accountant with years of experience operating his own certified public accounting firm since 1988 under the name Dov Weinstein & Co. C.P.A.
He is committed to providing the Company with the best possible services so that accurate and informed business, taxation, and financial decisions can be made, Blackbird said.
Blackbird’s wholly owned affiliate WERPO, formerly known as SDE LTD, wants to first acquire the proper tools and trustworthy professionals to help the startup run efficiently and responsibly. Since BBRD’s stock is currently undervalued, Weinstein’s services will help boost share value, the company explained.
