MPI Dulcinea Enters Siemens’ Teesside Story

MPI Dulcinea yesterday commenced a two-year contract with Siemens on the Teesside Wind Farm. The vessel will be operating from Hartlepool.

“We are confident MPI Dulcinea will make a valuable contribution to the wind farm operations. We wish the vessel and crew safe and successful operations,” said MPI Workboats, the vessel operator.

Teesside Wind Farm, also known as Redcar Wind Farm, is a 27-turbine 62MW capacity offshore wind farm, situated 1.5 km north of Redcar in the North Sea. The wind farm, developed by EDF Energy (Northern Offshore Wind) Ltd. and completed in June 2013, is operated by Teesside Windfarm Ltd.
