Hornsea Two Topsides Hit the Water in Singapore

The topsides for the Hornsea Two offshore substation and the reactive compensation station have been loaded onto Guangzhou Salvage’s vessel Hua Hai Long at Sembawang, Singapore. The topsides for the Hornsea Two offshore substation and the reactive compensation station have been loaded onto Guangzhou Salvage’s vessel Hua Hai Long at Sembawang, Singapore.

The topsides will soon be ready to start their journey to the UK, Guangzhou Salvage said.

The topsides were manufactured by Sembcorp Marine.

The jacket foundations for the offshore substation and the reactive compensation station were manufactured in Indonesia and installed in October 2020.
