Financing and restructuring expert replaces co-leadership of Stefan Heczko and Klaus Pötter. Dieter Dehlke was named sole Managing Director of PowerWind GmbH with effect from 4th May 2012.
The financing and restructuring expert has taken over the responsibilities of previous Managing Directors Stefan Heczko and Dr. Klaus Pötter who left the company.
47-year-old Dehlke has more than twenty years of management experience in the field of mechanical and plant engineering. Before joining PowerWind in November 2011, he played a major role in restructuring German shipyard company P+S Werften as commercial director.
Dehlke will continue business of PowerWind GmbH under debtor’s self-administration with assistance of preliminary procurator Dr. Sven-Holger Undritz from White & Case Insolvenz GbR. Dehlke will receive counselling from Wellensiek firm of lawyers which is also specialized in corporate restructuring.
The aim is to restructure the company quickly and in a sustainable way.
